With its natural honey color, product name in Spanish and a smaller container in comparison to other US cold medicines, "Vicks Casero" is a product made in Mexico that apeals to the Latino/Hispanic market. An insteresting observation about this product is that it reflects the believes of Latino culture in "natural" remedies. (even though this is not a natural product). How? Having honey and menthol as part of its ingredients (and showing them in their face panel). Remember, the perception of "natural" is interpreted as "better" in the culture. In coclusion we Latinos love and receive well products that are better for us.
