Post a Comment | View Comments (1)

According to an article (en español) published by Baquia.com, Hispanic Americans spend more time a week connected to the internet than non-Hispanics. The difference is even more at work hours 13.8 hours weekly for Hispanics and 9.6 for non-Hispanics. This data was gathered by AOL and RoperASW.

Hispanics use the internet as a fundamental resource of communication. 69% send and receive regularly pictures of their family and 66% are instant mensseger users while the rest of Americans that use them is 48%. Something that distinguishes Latinos is that they are aficionados of entertainment activities such as online games and listening to music. The percentage that shops online is similar to non-Hispanics but more cautious to buy online unless necesary.
