Dora the Explorer
Post a Comment | View Comments (5)

I am delighted with Dora the Explorer show at Nickelodeon channel! This little Latina character not only is a role model for children but for parents too, she teaches words in Spanish and encourages viewers to stand up, get off the couch and move their little bodies (amazing idea for keeping them active and interested in the show). According to their creators, introducing a second language to kids before age 6 or 7 gives them more fluency.

What do you think about Dora?

I love Dora! I want to get a Dora doll to remind me everyday what I see in her, a happy/good attitude towards different situations and a Hispanic role model for all children. Viva Dora!
